Introduction & Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions apply to all users of the online gaming and betting services operated by VIP Gaming. VIP Gaming provides its services via the website, mobile app, and any other available platforms.

"VIP Gaming", "we", and "us" refer to the company operating this platform. "Member", "you", and "user" refer to anyone who has created an account or is using the service.

Account Registration

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳100.
• Deposits are typically credited to your balance within 5–15 minutes.
• No processing fees on deposits.
• Vip gaming is not liable for delays caused by network issues, but will assist in resolving them.
• If a deposit fails but an amount has been debited from bKash or Nagad, a refund will be processed within 24 hours.
• For suspicious transactions, VIP Gaming may request additional verification.

Once a deposit is completed, the funds can be used for betting or gaming. Deposits cannot be directly refunded — however, your balance can be withdrawn through the standard withdrawal process.

Withdrawal Policy

The following conditions apply to withdrawals on VIP Gaming:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳300.
• Withdrawals can only be made to a bKash, Nagad, or Rocket number registered in the member's own name.
• Standard withdrawals are processed within 24 hours.
• Identity verification is mandatory for large withdrawals (over ৳1,00,000).
• If your account holds a bonus balance, the wagering requirements must be met before that portion can be withdrawn.
• It may not be possible to submit a new withdrawal request while a previous one is still being processed.

Bonus & Promotion Terms

VIP Gaming offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers. Each offer is subject to specific terms and conditions. The general bonus terms are as follows:

• The welcome bonus is available to new members only and can be claimed once on their first deposit.
• To withdraw bonus funds, a specified wagering requirement must be met — typically 5–10x the bonus amount.
• Bonuses are valid for a limited period; any unused bonus will be automatically cancelled upon expiry.
• Some bonuses are only valid for use on specific games or categories.
• Only one bonus offer can be active at a time — you cannot use multiple bonuses simultaneously.
• VIP Gaming reserves the right to modify or withdraw any bonus offer.

If any misuse or fraudulent activity related to bonus claims is suspected, VIP Gaming reserves the right to investigate and, where necessary, void the bonus.

Betting Rules

• Once a bet is placed, it cannot be changed or cancelled unless vip gaming explicitly offers that option.
• The minimum stake for each bet is specified within the relevant market.
• VIP Gaming sets the maximum stake limit allowed on any single event.
• Odds in live betting can change rapidly; the odds at the moment a bet is confirmed are final.
• If a bet cannot be confirmed due to a technical issue, it will be considered void and the stake will be refunded.
• VIP Gaming reserves the right to void any bets placed at odds that were clearly posted in error.

If suspicious betting patterns are detected — such as those linked to match-fixing — VIP Gaming may void the bets on the account in question and suspend the account.

Bet Settlement for Cancelled, Suspended, or Rescheduled Events

Sporting events don't always go as planned. Matches can be cancelled, suspended, or rescheduled for various reasons. In such cases, VIP Gaming follows the policies below:

• Match Cancellation: If a match is cancelled before it begins, all bets on that match will be voided and the full stake returned to the member's balance.
• Match Postponed (before kick-off): If a match is postponed before it starts and does not resume within 48 hours, the bet will be voided and the stake refunded.
• Match Abandoned Mid-Game: If a match is abandoned after it has started, bets that have already been settled (such as first innings markets) will stand. Any bets still open at the time will be settled based on the specific circumstances.
• Venue Change: If a match venue changes and the home/away advantage is reversed, VIP Gaming reserves the right to void the affected bets.
• Accumulator Betting: If a selection within an accumulator is voided, it will be settled at odds of 1.00 and the remaining selections will stand.

In exceptional circumstances, vip gaming reserves the right to make decisions at its own discretion. Members may contact the support team regarding any such decisions.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on VIP Gaming:

• Operating multiple accounts belonging to the same individual.
• Abuse or manipulation of bonus systems.
• Using automated bots or software to place bets.
• Money laundering or transactions involving illegal funds.
• Accessing another member's account without their permission.
• Betting using match-fixing arrangements or insider information.
• Attempting to hack or gain unauthorized access to VIP Gaming's systems.
• Operating an account using a false identity or misleading information.

If any of the above activities are proven, the account will be permanently closed, the balance may be forfeited, and legal action may be taken if necessary.

Account Closure & Suspension

VIP Gaming may suspend or close an account under the following circumstances:

• Violation of these Terms & Conditions.
• Issues arising during identity verification.
• Detection of suspicious betting or financial activity.
• Extended period of account inactivity.
• As directed by regulatory authorities.

Members may close their account at any time. Upon request, any remaining balance will be returned via withdrawal, subject to applicable conditions being met.

Limitation of Liability

VIP Gaming is not liable for the following:

• Any losses from betting are entirely the member's own decision and responsibility.
• Missed betting opportunities due to internet disconnection or device issues.
• Delays or issues caused by third-party payment services.
• Any losses resulting from a member sharing their login credentials with another person.
